If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
PAYMENT
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.
RECEIVING ORDERS
Purchased items will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify [email protected] . Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of the U.S. and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. The Gallery is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
SHIPPING
US
- We ship orders via FedEx Ground and Home Delivery. Please allow
3-7 business days for shipping.
International - We ship orders via FedEx Express or USPS depending on location. All shipments will have tracking number provided.
* International orders are subject to being charged custom fees by the destination country's government. The Gallery USA is not responsible for these charges or fees.
*Please allow 1-2 weeks (business days) for shipping and arrival of your product.
RETURN POLICY
ALL SALES FINAL. Unless the product is damaged during shipment of delivery, you are responsible for return shipping charges, the item must be in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused. Some returned items are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
